5. What is your exchange / return policy?

Exchange:

1. You have the choice to exchange the product (subject to availability) within 24 hours of receipt via our website.

2. In case the new product is out of stock, you can return the product to us through our website. Upon receiving the product from you, we will issue you a gift card or store credit of equal value.

3. The product must remain unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

4. Please ensure that the item you wish to exchange is shipped by you to the following address:

5. After receiving and inspecting the exchanged product, the new item will be shipped to you within 1 business day at no additional shipping charges.

Return:

1. You have the option to initiate a return for the product via our website within 24 hours of receiving it.

2. The product must remain unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

3. Kindly ensure that the item you intend to return is shipped by you to the below address:

6. What is your cancellation policy?
