2. In case the new product is out of stock, you can return the product to us through our website. Upon receiving the product from you, we will issue you a gift card or store credit of equal value.

3. The product must remain unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

4. Our designated reverse logistics provider will arrange for the collection of the product from your location. Please ensure the product must remain unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging including the box.

5. After receiving and inspecting the exchanged product, the new item will be shipped to you within 1 business day at no additional shipping charges.

1. You have the option to initiate a return for the product via our website within 24 hours of receiving it.
