 Exchange:

1. You have the choice to exchange the product (subject to availability) within 24 hours of receipt via our website.

2. The product must remain unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

3. In case the new product is out of stock, you can return the product to us through our website. Upon receiving the product from you, we will issue you a gift card or store credit of equal value.

4. Our designated reverse logistics provider will arrange for the collection of the product from your location. Please ensure the product must remain unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging including the box.

5. After receiving and inspecting the exchanged product, the new item will be shipped to you within 1 business day at no additional shipping charges.

Return:

1. You have the option to initiate a return for the product via our website within 24 hours of receiving it.

2. The product must remain unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

3. Our designated reverse logistics provider will arrange for the collection of the product from your location. Please ensure the product must remain unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging including the box.

4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a gift card or store credit. A deduction of Rs. 99/- will be applied to cover reverse shipping logistics costs.

Cancellation:

You have the option to cancel your order through our website until it is shipped. In such cases, we will provide a refund, or you can opt for a gift card or store credit of equal value. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.
